Archives Limitations

The maximum number of archived pages per plan is global, and not per month. Once reached, the customer is blocked and has to explicitly move its archives elsewhere before continuing using RAY.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aleph Archives Inc., its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions, or demands.

Limitation Of Liability

Aleph Archives Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
